Main Features

Width Of Cut – Knife is 125mm (5”) wide to accommodate very wide materials or multi-feeding of narrow widths.

Productive – Will cut between 1000 and 4000 pieces per hour depending on thickness of material, throughput speed of 50cm per second or 30 metres per minute.

Small & Portable – Can be carried by one person to wherever the work is, weighs only 20kg, takes up very little space, requires only 13amp plug and airline.

Alternating Lengths – Will cut two different lengths sequentially or with RS 232 interface full job programmability is available.

Material Flexibility – Will cut most synthetic materials such as webbing, cord, ribbon, elastic, Velcro, zips, braid etc.

Health & Safety – All cutting edges are guarded and there is an extraction fan along with a 6 metre hose to exhaust the fumes generated from cutting webbing.

Attachments – A photocell to cut in register or a puncher for punching hot or cold holes, also a slack feeder for tension free feeding from heavy reels. An on-line marker that will stamp up to 16 sewing marks with different gaps between marks.

Justification/Payback

Establish the time spent manually cutting per day and look at the appropriate box. This will indicate the time needed to recoup the capital cost of the machine, after which savings become profit! Hourly rate = £6.00 per hour (including overheads) 50 working weeks.
